My story might seem a little unconventional. I’m a career counselor and healing expert, but I didn’t start here. For over 18 years, my world was the fast-paced, high-stakes environment of the IT sector. I loved the challenge, and through hard work and dedication, I became a director at a young age, leading teams and driving complex projects.

But I felt a pull for something more. I was curious to see if I could build something from the ground up, entirely on my own terms.

The Entrepreneurial Leap

So, I took a leap. I pivoted from the corporate world and started a new business in a completely different sector. The challenge was immense, but the reward was even greater. Within a few years, I had built a successful company, managing a team of over 10 dedicated members and proudly dispatching more than 1,000 orders every month. This experience taught me more than any corporate role ever could. It taught me about resilience, leadership from the trenches, and the incredible power of a clear vision.

I began mentoring candidates preparing for the IT sector, helping them craft their resumes and ace their interviews. I’ve had the privilege of guiding over 100 individuals, taking them through mock interviews and sharing the real-world insights I gained as a hiring manager. Seeing that spark of confidence ignite in someone is the most fulfilling part of my work.

I realized that my unique path—from corporate leader to entrepreneur—had equipped me with a powerful combination of skills: the strategic thinking of a director, the grit of a business owner, and a deep empathy for the challenges we all face in our professional lives.
